Returns and Exchanges


If you are don’t feel your products are keeping up their end of the bargain, you may return it to us within 15 business days from date in which your order was mark as delivered on our system. We will replace, exchange or a refund based on the following criteria:

  • Refund – If the product is returned in new, unused and resaleable condition including the pretty box it may have arrived in.
  • Exchange – If product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.

All returns enquiries will be responded to by our people within 3 business days and exchanges will be sent immediately once we have the product being returned in our hot little hands. The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless the product is deemed by David Murry Salon to be faulty.
