David Murry Salon is a busy functioning hair salon, and we do our absolute best to receive, pack and send your order to you as quickly as possible. We use various courier methods to get your favourite hair and body products to you as quickly as possible.

No promo code is required to enjoy the gift of free delivery.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $11 so throw a few extra things in that cart and save all while reducing your carbon footprint.

Tracking your goodies

As soon as your order has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check its progress. To track your goodies and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.

Extra Delivery Stuff

Authority to leave (ATL) in a safe place.

When possible, delivery drivers will always do their best to place your goods in your hands. If no one is home, couriers will always try to find the safest place to leave the parcel (if size allows, this includes the letterbox). Our black padded mailers (280mm x 230mm) which is the satchel size chosen when someone is buying up to three products depending on size, are automatically assigned as ATL.

The benefits of ATL.

The benefit of delivering parcels with ATL is that the parcel will almost always be delivered on the first attempt. We all know how annoying it is when you have to organise a redelivery or collect it from your local collection point. If you’re anything like us you’ll want to start spritzing your parfum, lathering your hair in masque and rubbing body creams into your skin the very day your goodies are supposed to arrive.

We aim to please

While we do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, David Murry Salon will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier which we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address provided to us.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded for those items or ask if there is an alternative product you would like to try.
